3. Subscription Services
Pawhaus offers monthly and flexible subscription plans that automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Billing cycle: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing period.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, box contents, or frequency. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not apply until your next renewal.
4. Retail Purchases
One-time retail sales are available through our online store. Retail purchases are charged at the time of checkout and shipped according to our shipping policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By submitting your payment information, you authorise Pawhaus and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include applicable UK taxes. For international orders, customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs, or import duties.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom and to selected international locations.
Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Pawhaus is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products
We want every customer to be happy with their Pawhaus experience.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
Notification: To request a refund, contact us at pawhausuk@gmail.com
within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include photos and your order number.
Exchanges: At our discretion, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Cooling-off period: In compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your initial order within 14 days of receipt, provided products are unused and in their original packaging.
8. International Orders
International customers acknowledge that shipping times, duties, and regulations may vary. Pawhaus is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processes in your country.
